International Chapter

The aim of the HENRY International Chapter is to create a community of best practices thanks to its internationally-minded HR professionals in Finland, while offering a plateform to learn and share insights on International HR.

The chapter is looking at trends from the Finnish and international perspectives.

• to learn best practices
• to combine ideas and to exchange experiences.
• to produce practical tools for the section and also for other HENRY members
• to help members in avoiding pitfalls in global HR

The section is a circle of HR professionals and all discussion within it are conducted in confidence.
