Annika Devert is the HR-manager at Willys. Willys is a part of the Axfood group, which is the second largest chain of grocery stores in Sweden. Annika has a long experience from more than 25 years in the HR-field and has worked in branches as energy supply, building industry, recycling and software. Always on a base of operative HR and focus on developing leaders and organizations.
