In today's interconnected world, where global mobility is the norm, securing the right talent can be a challenge. To maintain market competitiveness and ensure successful business operations, companies must attract, retain, and effectively manage talent, with international talent being a crucial component.

Join us for an insightful HR webinar tailored specifically for HR professionals and leaders who are considering international recruitment or facing challenges in the process. We will discuss both the psychological preparation within an organization (e.g., overcoming common resistance to change) and the initial steps of international recruitment.

During this webinar, you will gain valuable insights into potential challenges and opportunities, along with practical tools and resources essential for international talent attraction and management. Our guest speakers, Sandra Slotte, Riikka Loisamo, and Virpi Jalonen, will explore strategies for identifying and attracting international talent. Topics will include overcoming language barriers, navigating cultural differences, and establishing inclusive recruiting processes. Additionally, they will share interesting projects related to international recruitment.
