Michaela has been an HR professional since 2004, holding various roles in multi-national companies. She joined Lindström Group as SVP, HR in 2022 after six years at Merck, where she had the role as Regional HR Director for Animal Health in the EURAM region. Prior to Merck, Michaela supported Nordic commercial entities at United Technologies (with brands like Otis, Carrier, Kidde) and held more operational HR roles at Wärtsilä and Kemira. At Lindström, she leads the HR function, focusing on developing the employee journey, evolving the culture of caring and inclusion, and implementing new HR technology to support the evolvement of people experiences.
